About the Position Hearing Services Manager Base Centres Darwin and Alice Springs Australian Hearing has a rewarding and challenging Hearing Services Manager opportunity that will suit someone who is pro-active, with strong people skills, ability to think outside the box and has an understanding of provision of culturally appropriate client centred care to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. We provide wide-reaching community hearing services throughout the Northern Territory and this position will play a key role in the management and coordination of the remote services for the local communities. Fantastic opportunity for an experienced people leader who enjoy driving business performance and developing strategies to enhance the client experience Highly autonomous position, working closely with the General Manager Permanent full time position, attractive salary plus 15.4% Superannuation Interstate candidates are welcome to apply relocation support will be provided As the Hearing Services Manager you will Manage the day to day operations of our services in the Northern Territory with a strong focus on quality services, profitability and community engagement Manage and coordinate services to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities throughout Northern Territory Identify and develop business and market share growth opportunities Have knowledge of the fundamentals of HR, finance, and marketing as they relate to the running of a successful business Have experience managing a diverse and geographically dispersed team of hearing specialists and administration staff Have outstanding time management skills in order to meet deadlines Have solid analytical skills and business acumen to understand and make commercial decisions Have experience in budgeting, establishing effective KPI s and ensuring these are met Have experience in managing a business in a similar services model We welcome interest from experienced people leaders who embrace quality customer service, are dedicated to continual improvement and possess the enthusiasm to grow with us through innovation and community partnering.
