We are currently seeking an administrator to deliver high quality customer services to all stakeholders, community members, participants and staff as well as assist with the daily operational and administrative functions of the Alice Springs office. You will be responsible for reception duties, a wide range of administrative and operational functions General front end reception duties, meet and greet visitors and answer the phone. Presentations of reports, documentation, records, financial information, procedures and minutes. Provide administrative and operational support to the Operations Manager across the residential sites in Alice Springs. Record management and general filing. Communication both verbal and written. Preparation of accounts, petty cash management and financial reports. Assist with preparation of submissions, management reports and tenders. The selection criteria to be addressed in your cover letter Previous experience in administrative roles or similar. Experience in social work (desirable), finance (desirable) or similar. Experience with working in teams to achieve tasks and goals. Experience working unsupervised and the ability to hit the ground running. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint). Current drivers license.
