For further information click hereApply Online Link Primary Objective In collaboration with the Northern Territory Health Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), the role is responsible for establishment of Central Australian Health Service (CAHS) project management function, providing leadership, integration and management of PMO processes/functions to improve consistency and efficiency of CAHS project selection, delivery, and benefits realisation. Key Duties and Responsibilities 1. Lead in the establishment of the CAHS PMO, which includes the development of policies, guidelines, processes, forms, and templates to support PMO and project governance, operations, and reporting. 2. Lead scoping and delivery of business priority projects on behalf of CAHS, including hands - on project management activities.3. Maintain centralised registers and reporting across CAHS projects, including risks and interdependencies.4. Support the CAHS executive team to determine and prioritise CAHS strategic priority projects aligned to NT Health Strategic Plan. 5. Define business strategies and organisational policies to enable the strategic coordination of multiple major projects and initiatives.6. Follow defined service quality standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.7. Foster a positive workplace culture through exemplary leadership practices and role modelling behaviour. Selection Criteria Essential 1. Strong knowledge and proven experience leading program and/or project management, including governance. 2. Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) delivering a range of projects in a complex organisational setting. 3. Demonstrated ability to lead change gain buy - in and to connect, engage and negotiate with various stakeholders. 4. Strong process focus, with applied knowledge and experience in the re - design and/or development and implementation of business functions/program areas to achieve desired corporate objectives.5. Excellent written/verbal communication highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills and a proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence others to achieve objectives.6. Displays personal drive and integrity excellent problem solver and critical thinker who is able to synthesize information in order to make and successfully implement effective decisions. Desirable 1. Formal change, program or project management (Prosci, Prince 2, MSP, P3O or equivalent) accreditation. 2. Health industry experience and general familiarity with clinical terminology, data and systems.3.
